We did a couple of tours, Monteverde Cloud Forest and Poas Volcano & Waterfall Peace Garden. Our tour guide was Ronald Molina. Despite the weather not being cooperative, we had a blast with Ronald. He is very knowledgeable about Costa Rica. He went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience for all three of us. We enjoyed that everything was included with these tours, i.e. the entrance fees to the parks, the toll road fees and meals. At first we thought the tours were quite pricey, but after going on them, we can see the value of the money that we spent. We also booked transportation with Arenas to and from the airport. Both drivers were friendly and on time. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with Arenas Travel but would especially like to say thank you to Ronald for making this such an amazing experience.

Just got back from our honeymoon in Costa Rica. We booked out airport shuttle to and from through Arenas Travels. They were waiting there for us when we arrived and the driver was happy to answer our questions about the country as we drove to our hotel.
We also booked a trip to Tortuga Island through them which was also great. Good tour guide, fun atmosphere and punctual about the time.

I had been in contact with valerie for some time before even leaving Canada. She was great and super helpful and very responsive whenever i had questions.
We did a few excursions and also booked our transportation to and from the airport through them.
Unfortunately i can't remember all the drivers names but they were all great (multilingual, friendly, funny). A few of us ziplined while others went on the croc tour. We all went to tortuga island and to see the white faced monkeys which was so fun. Daniel was great with my 7 year old on the tortuga island tour. He really took him under his wing during the snorkeling portion and made his first time an experience he won't soon forget.
